Is there any delivery charge?
FREE DELIVERY for orders which are S$75 and above.
For orders below S$75, the delivery charges are as follows:
a. Below S$50 -> S$12 delivery charge
b. Between S$50 and S$75 -> S$8 delivery charge
For deliveries to Jurong Island, an additional fee applies. Please email us to enquire.
Do you deliver on weekends & public holidays?
We deliver from Monday to Friday. Orders made before 12pm can be delivered the following day. However, this is subject to availability of delivery slots.
Can I request for a specific delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the volume of deliveries and delivery routes on that day. Should you require the fruits to be delivered around a specific time, you can email us to check on the additional charges for the special arrangement.
Can I place my order more than 2 days in advance?
You can select a delivery date that is more than 2 days in advance. However, as fruits are seasonal, new batch of the fruits you ordered may not be available on your preferred delivery date. We will contact you to amend the order if necessary.
What are the delivery timeslots?
Monday - Friday
8.30am - 1pm
1pm - 5pm
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within mainland Singapore & Sentosa.
What are the modes of payment?
You can make payment via credit card, bank transfer, PayNow, or credit term.
What if I want to make changes to my order?
You can email (info@fruitwerkz.com) us at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time to amend your order.
How do you ensure freshness of the fruits?
We procure new batch of fresh fruits from the suppliers everyday. The fruits are kept in chilled storage rooms to ensure that they remain fresh. As far as possible, we will ensure that the fruits delivered to your doorstep are in tiptop condition.
What if the fruits delivered are bruised or damaged?
You can contact us at info@fruitwerkz.com within 24 hours. We will do a replacement or refund for you where applicable.
Why is there a difference in price for the same fruits on different days?
Prices of fruits may vary due to market fluctuation. Also, new batch of the same fruits may come in different size. These are factors that will affect the pricing.
Why are the fruits available yesterday nowhere to be found today?
Fruits are seasonal & may not be at their best condition all the time. As far as possible, we ensure that only fresh & quality fruits are available on our website for your selection.
The fruits are available when I placed my order. Why are they unavailable when my order is delivered to me?
Fruits are seasonal & may not be at their best condition all the time. While we try our best to fulfil your order, there may be times whereby there is no new batch of the fruits, or we are unsatisfied with the quality of the current batch. In such cases, we will do a refund to you.
